We cannot be held liable for codes that are burnt or downgraded because you didn't follow the directions in the email.

When our link takes you to Vudu, and you choose to redeem the movie in Movies Anywhere instead, you will be required to pay for the portion of the movie we can no longer sell.

Please do not use your mobile device to redeem movies unless on a strong WIFI connection. Vudu will burn good codes if there is break in your WiFi connection. Using your PC is your best bet.

When redeeming a code that you already own it will still use that code. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know what movies are in their library. No refunds are given for codes that you have redeemed and already own. PLEASE make sure you do not buy a code you already have in your library.

(MA/4k) codes MUST be redeemed at moviesanywhere.com for 4k redemption. They will most likely not transfer to Vudu in 4k. They will only transfer in HD. No refunds for (MA/4k) codes redeemed anywhere but moviesanywhere.com or because they didn't transfer to Vudu in 4k.

Vudu Digital Code

1. Go to https://www.vudu.com/
2. Click Redeem, select for Digital Copy https://www.vudu.com/content/redeem.html
3. Enter the title on Vudu search bar.
4. Wait for your title to show on the search bar.
5. Click on the appeared title and enter the Vudu code.

Movies Anywhere Digital Code

1. Go to https://moviesanywhere.com/
2. Click Redeem (https://moviesanywhere.com/redeem).
3. Enter your Movies Anywhere code on the redemption bar and click Redeem.

iTunes Digital Code

1. Go to https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201592
2. Follow the instructions to redeem your iTunes code.

Google Play Digital Code

1. Go to https://play.google.com/store
2. Click Redeem on the left side of the page.
3. Enter your Google Play Code, click Redeem.
